Pastor Wood was called to serve Grace in July of 2006. Her areas of pastoral leadership include Learning Ministries, Youth and Family Ministries and Hospitality/Invitation Ministries. She is responsible for development and oversight of all programs related to Learning and Youth & Family ministries. Ministries currently in development include the new Munchkin Ministry (for preschoolers), the KIDs’ Group (for elementary school age kids), and Grace’s Lutheran Youth Organization (for high school youth). Pastor Wood is also called to identify and nurture “spiritual gifts” within the Congregation to enhance members’ involvement in areas of ministry that reflect their gifts.

Pastor Wood received her Masters of Divinity at Trinity Lutheran Seminary and a Masters of Religious Education at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. She and husband Steve have two grown children and reside in Westerville.
