Mary will be introducing us to the Disaster Relief effort of NALC and how we, along with other NALC congregations support congregations in need when disaster strikes. • There are three (3) stages of a disaster: 1. Preparedness/training, 2. emergency response/delivery of food buckets, kits and Bibles, and 3. Long term recovery/rebuild of homes on mission trips. • She will explain how each person in each congregation can glorify God’s name and share the love of Jesus through Prayer, collecting emergency donations, volunteering on a mission team and providing spiritual Christian care. • She urges us to reach out to our community today by FRANgelism: Invite Friends, Relatives, Acquaintances or Co-workers, and Neighbors. |
